I provide services to individuals and teams.
I work with individuals or teams (and often both). The team may be an existing work group, a senior management team or a even a disparate group. Typically people either want to improve their own performance or are responsible for the performance of others. The best results come from people who are keen to learn and are willing to try new ideas.
I tend to work primarily in Brisbane and South East Queensland, but the nature of my work means I can deliver programs anywhere. I can work in a one-on-one relationship; work part-time with teams and groups or even spend several days inside the organisation to find out what is really going on.
