What does Actualise do?
Actualise provides professional Coaching, Team and Leadership Development Services for businesses and individuals in Queensland and interstate.
How can you help me?
By helping you or your teams improve their personal / team / leadership effectiveness in a myriad of contexts.
How are you different?
Actualise does not just try to solve the current problem or challenge the client has. Through education, development and experience, a client working with Actualise will learn about the universal principles that cause these problems and how to respond effectively. The learnings are universal in their application - the current problem is used as a training ground. This approach sets the client up for long term success and sustainable performance without dependence on external consultants or experts. This may seem counter-intuitive to building a consulting business, but once you understand our approach, you will understand why the opposite is true.
Who do you work with?
Actualise works with small and large organisations in both the private and public sector. Actualise is on a Queensland Government panel arrangement for all services described on this site.
Where are your clients based?
Actualise clients are primarily based in South East Queensland. Services can be delivered throughout Queensland, Interstate or Internationally if required.
What is the basis of your work?
All my work is grounded in rigourous scientific research and practice. I use frameworks authored by some of the worlds leading management thinkers including Covey, Wheatley, Lencioni and Kotter. I also have adapted and integrated theories from the new sciences including Chaos, Complexity and Systems theories into my work. As a qualified guidance counsellor, I use a solution-focused counselling framework for all coaching sessions. At all times I am governed by a theoretical framework which I am delighted to share.
How do you charge your time?
I charge my time on either an hourly or daily basis. Fees are subject to the size and duration of the engagement. Regardless of fee size, the Actualise 100% complete satisfaction guarantee is provided to all clients.
How do I engage Actualise?
I am happy to provide a quote or proposal for the services required to achieve the outcomes desired. Acceptance of a proposal would form the basis of any engagement. For Queensland Government agencies and corporations, commercial arrangements will be in accordance with the existing panel arrangement.
Who is behind Actualise?
Actualise was established by me, Carl Butler. While I do a most of the service delivery personally, I also have a network of associates who can and have delivered Actualise services.
How long have you been established?
Actualise was established in 2004.
Can you provide references or testimonials?
I can provide a range of testimonials or references if required. Some extracts of testimonials are included on this site. I am proud to say that many of my clients are more than willing to talk to people about their experience working with Actualise.
